About IMC
IMC Magnetics was founded and began operations in 1951. In 1984, the Minebea Company, Ltd., a Japanese conglomerate, acquired IMC Magnetics.
An American investment group headed by Brad Reeves reacquired IMC in late 2003. IMC currently operates factories in the United States and Mexico. IMC Magnetics is a world-renowned leader in design, development and manufacture of the highest quality solenoids, solenoid valves, fans, electric motors and a wide range of other products.
Virtually every product that IMC manufactures is custom designed for a client's specific application/requirement. For over 50 years, IMC Magnetics has developed and manufactured components for a variety of sectors.

Most of these companies rely on IMC to custom design new products to meet their OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) source control drawings.
One of IMC Magnetics biggest strengths is delivering to current and potential customer's strategic value in its multitude of product offerings. IMC is recognized as one of the few companies worldwide that has both the engineering and manufacturing capability to design, test, and produce aircraft and aerospace solenoids, fans, and motors. With OEM's constantly trying to reduce their supplier base, IMC Magnetics meets these needs by offering a wide range of electro-mechanical products and services:
