Our Products

Capabilities IMC has a full details manufacturing facility incorporating CNC lathes and mills. Our precision grinders by Okuma, Nakamura-Tome, Hitachi-Seiki, Hardinge Conquest, Citizen, Omni Turn, & Warner & Swasey include live tooling and up to 2" bar capacity and 15" by 30" mill travel. IMC has precision honing capability within our vertically integrated manufacturing facility.

IMC has onsite NADCAP certified furnace brazing and heat treatment. This capability helps reduce technical and schedule risk for solenoid manufacturing. IMC has a well-equipped assembly area that includes shaft shoot, spot and induction welding, bead blast, balance, ESD protection, and MIL-STD-2000 soldering capabilities. IMC facilities include an onsite paint spray booth and a Class 100K laminar flow bench.

IMC has onsite coordinate measuring equipment for accurate inspections of detail components and final assemblies as well as shadowgraphs and other mechanical measuring equipment. In-process inspection is at the point of manufacturing.

The Engineering Test Lab (Mechanical & Electrical) includes High/Low Temperature and Humidity Environmental Chambers, Life/Endurance Test Equipment, and Force-Stroke measuring equipment.
