For over 50 years, IMC has developed and manufactured components for military and commercial aircraft, helicopters, industrial automation, U.S. Navy surface ships and submarines, robotics, commercial marine, and military ground transportation, to name a few. Almost every product that IMC Magnetics manufactures is custom designed to meet the customer's specific application and requirements.

Other examples of IMC Magnetics products include stepper motors for use in U.S. Navy nuclear submarines, solenoids to control the hydraulics in aircraft hydraulic directional controls, and centrifugal fans contracted for by the U.S. Defense Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is only a small sampling of the products IMC Magnetics has designed for its customers - in fact, IMC has produced over 7,000 different solenoids and solenoid valve designs over the past 50 years! IMC Magnetics is also a licensed and certified FAA Repair Station, which allows IMC to repair and overhaul aircraft solenoids, solenoid valves, fans and DC force motors. Specifically, IMC Magnetics is authorized by the FAA to repair aircraft accessories in Classes 1 and 2. IMC meets all requirements set out in Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 145.
