For over 50 years, IMC Magnetics has produced over 7000 different solenoid and solenoid valve designs for the Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial/Commercial industries. IMC Magnetics has developed and manufactured solenoids and solenoid valves for applications such as fuel control systems, engine bleed valves, landing gear and wheel brake systems, and aircraft hydraulic directional controls. In addition, IMC Magnetics has also produced custom 2-, 3- and 4-way solenoid and check valves, specialty solenoid valves for hydraulic applications in military tracked vehicles, pulse width modulating valves, flow regulating valves, and pressure relief/pressure reducing/manifold valves.

IMC Magnetics has designed and manufactured various types of aircraft solenoids, commercial solenoids, and military/defense solenoids, including such types as custom, AC, high pressure, holding, high temperature, linear, DC and proportional units, to name a few. In proportional solenoids, IMC Magnetics is the industry leader in IMCProSol™> Technology for proportional solenoids. Proportional solenoids are designed to move and hold the solenoid "plunger" at specific positions based on varying current input. The displacement of the "plunger" is proportional to the applied electrical current. Development of IMC Magnetics' IMCProSol™ Technology for proportional solenoids is the result of many years of research and development. Currently, IMC Magnetics has developed three basic designs for IMCProSol™ proportional solenoids and can provide rapid prototyping to meet your specific needs!

IMC Magnetics is also a licensed and certified FAA Repair Station, which allows IMC to repair and overhaul aircraft solenoids, solenoid valves, fans and DC force motors. Specifically, IMC Magnetics is authorized by the FAA to repair aircraft accessories in Classes 1 and 2. IMC meets all requirements set out in Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 145.
